Priscilla Ahn，美國人，會多種樂器的獨立民謠歌手。1984年生於美國佐治亞洲的Fort Stewart，出生名為Priscilla Natalie Hartranft，是韓美混血，母親韓文名姓安，父親Harry Hartranft是美國人，兄弟Jacob Hartranft。然而長大後，她跟隨了母親的姓氏——Ahn（安）。自幼在賓夕法尼亞州長大。曾先後在賓夕法尼亞的Reading生活10年，在韓國居住了一段時間，之後又搬至賓夕法尼亞的Bernville。她從小在學校、教堂唱詩班唱歌。從Tulpehocken Area高中畢業後，由於受到了一位美國教授的建議，她放棄了繼續上大學，而是選擇來到了費城、新澤西、紐約周圍的咖啡廳、音樂俱樂部裡追逐自己的音樂夢想。在決定要搬出西海岸之後，Priscilla 開始在洛杉磯的音樂界確立了自己的地位。
